1Acceptance of Terms & School Authorization (प्राधिकार एवं स्वीकृति)
By accessing or registering an account on AdmitCard Maker ("Portal"), you declare and confirm that you are an authorized representative (Principal, Director, Headmaster, Examination Superintendent, or delegated Computer Staff) of an educational institution. If you do not have official authorization from your institution, you must not access or register on this portal.
2Account Security & User ID Protection (खाता सुरक्षा)
Each school is assigned a unique User ID and Email login. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any exam card generation, timetable modifications, or student records uploaded using your authenticated session will be deemed to have been executed by your institution. Multi-device access is provided for the convenience of your administrative team; please ensure sessions are signed out on shared cyber cafe devices.
3Accuracy of Student Data & Timetables (छात्र विवरण व टाइमटेबल की शुद्धता)
The Portal generates official admit cards and boxed exam desk slips strictly in accordance with the data input by your school staff (student names, roll numbers, father names, exam dates, shifts, and class timetables). The Portal provides preview mechanisms before printing. The school administration holds sole responsibility for verifying spellings, roll numbers, and examination schedules prior to mass A4 printing and distribution.
4Intellectual Property & School Logos (लोगो व हस्ताक्षर का अधिकार)
All trademarks, software architecture, layout algorithms (such as the 8-slips A4 layout engine), and user interface assets belong exclusively to AdmitCard Maker. All school crests, logos, and principal signatures uploaded by institutions remain the intellectual property of the respective institutions and are processed solely for printing your school's examination documentation.
Our print engine is engineered to standard ISO A4 paper (210mm × 297mm) specifications with 6mm margins. To achieve optimal results:
Ensure browser print settings are configured to A4 size with "Background Graphics" enabled.
Use minimum 70 GSM paper for desk slips to avoid ink bleeding during examination hall pasting.
Verify printer roller calibration to prevent physical paper shifts during 8-in-1 desk slip batch printing.
6Acceptable Use & Anti-Tampering (प्रतिबंधित उपयोग)
You agree not to use the portal for generating fraudulent or counterfeit hall tickets for non-existent students, or unauthorized impersonation of government boards (e.g. CBSE/UPMSP) beyond standard school-level internal examinations. Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension of account access.

AdmitCard Maker operates under a strict educational confidentiality policy. We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade student records, names, contact numbers, or photos to any third-party advertisers, coaching institutes, or marketing agencies. All data saved by a school remains solely within that school's private cloud container.
Student photos uploaded via mobile camera or gallery are compressed locally in the browser to approximately 15KB before transmission. Photos are stored securely and delivered via high-speed Cloudinary edge CDN exclusively for rendering on official admit cards and desk slips.
To prevent accidental logouts during active examination preparations, the portal securely stores your school's session token and cached student list in browser `localStorage`. This allows instant offline preview recovery and high-speed operation without repeated server queries. You can clear this data at any time by clicking "Log Out".
5Data Retention & Right to Deletion (डेटा हटाने का अधिकार)
Schools retain full control over their student rosters. When a student record or class timetable is deleted from your dashboard, it is removed from the active database. If an institution wishes to purge its entire profile after an academic session concludes, they may contact our support desk for full data erasure.
